Accounting Team

Jacky Yick

Mr. Yick graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Edinburgh Napier University. He has been working as SFC Licensing Regulation activities type 1,2,4,6,9 broker for twelve years and had acquires extensive experience in operation, compliance, and management. He is acquainted with the standard, procedures, policies, and requirements for a licensing entity and has solid knowledge of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and the Anti-Money Laundering Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance. He is deeply involved in Cayman Island Fund build-up and Fund Administrative for a US Market Fund. Due to previous hands-on experience, he is knowledgeable with operation and compliance procedure to give practical advices to users.

Compliance Team

Suki Cheung

Suki has engaged in the compliance field of the financial industry for over 10 years in Hong Kong. She has been working for an international firm to provide compliance advisory services to markets and investment banking businesses over Hong Kong and other APAC locations for 6 years. Suki has expertise in SFC licensing, anti-money laundering, product/regulatory advisory and general compliance, covering the businesses of securities (e.g. equity, fixed income and derivatives) sales and trading, debt capital markets, corporate finance, merger and acquisition, research and asset management (SFC Types 1, 4, 6 and 9 regulated activities). In addition, she is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with over 8 years experience in providing internal control and risk advisory service.

IT Team

Kin Chan

Mr. Chan graduated in computer science since 2000, he also has a master’s degree at the University of New South Wales. Kin Chan has worked for numerous MNC including H-P, Fuji Xerox, Cathay Pacific, HSBC, ANZ, AIG and Reuters in various positions. In recent years, Kin Chan took up senior IT management position for Chinese financial institutes, he was a SFC MIC for license type 1, 2, 4, 6, 9.

Sales & Marketing Team

Pak Yeung

Mr. Yeung is an experienced designer known for innovative solutions across diverse projects. After earning his bachelor’s degree in the UK, he returned to Hong Kong in 1999 and later completed an MFA at CUHK. He is a Professional Member of the HKDA and holds the Google UX Design Professional Certificate. His work has earned multiple design awards and collaborations with global brands including Ford, Hallmark, the British Council, MICRODIA, Philips, and BENCHMARK.

Interpretation & Translation Team

Wen Wright

Wen owns a Degree in Arts, and Postgraduate Diploma (Education), and Cert. in Creative Writing. Wen has worked for various medium to large financial companies. In recent years, she mostly engaged in translation, editing, and creating promotional content. Wen is also a regular contributor to various social media platforms.
